Salomon’s Pink Pack rejuvenated some of the label’s iconic all-terrain designs with a tonal perspective, crafting a pink-themed celebration the perfect event to usher in the product drop. On April 23, though, there was more than one significant milestone to rejoice in. Hypebae also celebrated its 10th anniversary, solidifying the evening as a gathering paying tribute to community, diversity — and naturally, stylish footwear.
For the last decade, Hypebae has championed burgeoning artistic voices and increased exposure for streetwear trailblazers. These voices convened during the brand’s 10th birthday bash, which featured giveaways, pink-themed dining and Malibu Pink libations, personalization booths, and dynamic makeup touch-up stands. This festive gathering was arranged in collaboration with Salomon and Rare Beauty, both of which imprinted their trademark on the venue, transforming it into a full-blown pink haven.
Inspired by Salomon’s innovative Pink Pack, the ballerina pink shade enveloped the venue, and the ‘pretty-in-pink’ renditions of classic Salomon styles were presented throughout the gathering. Partygoers had the opportunity to engage directly with ACS Pro, Speedcross 3, XT-Whisper, and RX Marie-Jeanne models — they even had the chance to select and style complimentary pairs for themselves.
Personalization stations boasted a variety of keychain styles guests could adorn their new Salomon footwear with, while sophisticated food displays by ninetynin.e crowned the evening in an exquisitely pink finale.
