In tribute to Doja Cat’s “Journey of My Life” World Tour, the celebrated artist has launched an exclusive lip kit with MAC Cosmetics. As a worldwide spokesperson for the brand, Doja Cat previously introduced a lip set inspired by her iconic VMAs red lip look. On the other hand, the new Doja Cat Gorgeous Nude Lip Kit takes its cues from the natural nude lip that she’s been showcasing on tour.
“‘Journey of My Life’ is all about change and theatrics. There’s an abundance of diverse glamorous moments in the concert, and I enjoy changing it up,” the musician states in a press statement. “I wanted this kit to emulate a segment of the concert you can actually sport. You can layer the style and go flamboyant or keep it minimal, but it’s fundamentally about having a blast and embracing whichever personality you’re channeling.”
Mirroring Doja Cat’s tour glamour, the Gorgeous Nude Lip Kit spotlights ’80s references and a high-fashion aesthetic. Serving as the foundation of the nude lip, the kit showcases the iconic MACximal Silky Matte Lipstick in “Honeylove.” Adding depth and sculpting characteristics to the ensemble, the kit is rounded out with a rich brown Lip Pencil in “Chestnut.”
