Willy Chavarria’s most recent partnership with adidas Originals has arrived, putting the spotlight on the footwear. Centered around an innovative floral-inspired Superstar sneaker, the “Love Prevails” line highlights roses, urban fashion, and the city of Los Angeles. Reflecting Los Angeles and Mexican-American styles, as usual, this collaboration continues to tell the Willy Chavarria narrative for the fresh season.
The Superstars come in two sleek color variations, featuring a debossed rose pattern and “Willy Chavarria” in Gothic script in place of the iconic shell-toe. A recognized all-black colorway with white stripes remains loyal to the heritage Superstar, with minor red accents to align it with the rest of the line-up.
An opposing white toe cap adorns the alternative pair, conveying a simple, dual-tone appearance. The apparel remains true to what we have come to appreciate from the Willy Chavarria x adidas collections: generous silhouettes, athletic wear influences, and subdued color schemes.
Predominantly black, red, and white, the assortment includes practical elements and cargo pieces alongside loose, elongated shorts and pinstriped track suits. A rose pattern is associated with the adidas Trefoil and Willy Chavarria brand combination, with the floral touch serving as a motif of passion throughout the line-up.
The “Love Prevails” line will be ready for purchase starting on April 18 via the adidas website.
Elsewhere, Kiko Kostadinov and ASICS have debuted a novel tabi sneaker.
