Our wishes have been granted — Marc Jacobs Beauty has made its triumphant return. Initially launched in 2013, the cosmetic line became a go-to choice for style-savvy individuals due to its high-quality products and editorial, runway-inspired design. Today, Marc Jacobs Beauty declared its re-entry into the cosmetics market, with seven impactful, urban-resistant offerings completing the brand-new collection.
Focusing on a rebellious perspective despite the beauty industry’s preference for minimalist, clean looks, Marc Jacobs Beauty is spearheading the maximalist trend with a daring color palette and playful packaging. “I approach beauty the same way I approach fashion: it’s a realm for innovation and personal expression,” Marc Jacobs mentioned in a press statement. “Marc Jacobs Beauty embodies joy, and signifies a festival of how we can utilize makeup to showcase ourselves through color, through texture, and silhouette.”
Set to launch this month, the limited-edition assortment features eyeshadows contained in star-shaped compacts and heart-shaped lipsticks to rekindle our affection for the playful side of beauty. Among the numerous new products are the waterproof Drawn This Way Eyeliner in a variety of candy hues, the richly pigmented cream-to-powder Born Star Eyeshadow, the smudge-resistant Flashes Mascara, the versatile Joystick Blush Stick for bold cheek and lip shades, the soft-focus Legally Bronze Bronzer, the aquatic Money Shot Highlighter Gel for a radiant, pearlescent glow, and the effortless Heart on Lipstick that provides the color intensity of a lipstick with the care of a balm.
Marc Jacobs Beauty can be purchased at Sephora starting June 1st.
On a different note, SACHEU has launched a dual-purpose lip liner.
