The Devil Wears Prada 2 is nearly here, and as the media tour for the most stylish film of the year picks up, it’s fitting we point out some of our favorite ensembles. The original movie taught an entire generation of aspiring editors, stylists, and designers the term “cerulean,” and now the follow-up is instructing us all about character dressing.
Have you ever pondered what Andy Sachs and Miranda Priestly would be donning in 2026? Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep have been responding to that very inquiry all month. Two decades later, your cherished characters remain fashion icons, along with a slight rebranding to evolve with the times.
From Vaquera and Schiaparelli to Prada tailoring, keep scrolling to sight some of the most excellent outfits from The Devil Wears Prada 2 media tour as the release date draws near.
Balenciaga
When it comes to The Devil Wears Prada, red is the most crucial hue on the wheel. Previously a signature of Streep’s iconic character, Hathaway could turn the color into an Andy Sachs trademark too. Looking spectacular on the red carpet in Seoul, the actress wore a leather Balenciaga outfit with a Bulgari Serpenti necklace and black pumps for a razzle-dazzle appearance.
Prada
It’s only logical that the devil does, indeed, wear Prada at least once on this press tour. For a press conference in Seoul, Streep was attired in an unfailingly styled red suit with a brown belt, gold jewelry and glasses. Picture Miranda Priestly on rigorous business, and this is the ensemble that’ll pop into your head.
Saint Laurent and Susan Fang
For the Shanghai portion of the tour, the lead actresses went all out in the Chinese fashion capital. Streep’s attire grabbed attention in a gem-toned look from Saint Laurent’s FW25 collection, while Hathaway seemed otherworldly in a Susan Fang FW26 tea-length dress.
Schiaparelli
Even for a simple Q&A, getting dressed up is always a good idea. Hathaway looked red carpet-ready in Mexico, wearing a fringed Schiaparelli gown with the brand’s signature open neckline pumps.
